Forillon National Park
If there is only one park to do in Quebec, it is Forillon National Park (Park Canada). Nice trails, well done activities... See it by yourselves!
Every night you can find a "causerie" (talk) about whales, bears, big cats...
We also did a guided hike to St Alban Mount (283m), very interesting and beautifull 360 view!Chating with the guide, he gives us some advice to see beavers, very good advice!
Other wilderness observation you can do in the park is whale watching. Indeed, this region is internationally known for being a awesome whale watching spot.
We had the very nice surprise to see one hunting very close to the cliffs when we were in Anse aux Amerindiens overlook. As the water is quickly very deep, they can come very close to the shores, it's fantastic !! The sqame night, we attented the whale talk in the camping, and decide to go for a zodiac observation tour the next day. We can almost touch them !!
From the "Ance aux Amérindiens" you can also reach Gaspé cap (and its lighthouse) and the land's end by using tne appalachian trail. Be carefull, you might meet some animals.
First crush, let's go for the others!
